If anyone can tell me how to get this kind of body, I’d greatly appreciate it. I don’t have the money to spend on a personal trainer. We have a gym at our apartment building and I’ll eat whatever I have to eat as far as dieting goes. I’m an ectomorph (high metabolism, 6’2”, 183.2lbs). Just tell me what to do. I want it FAST. As fast as possible. I’ll pray for the sweet release of death if I have to if that lets you know how quick I want this.
